Cancellation & Exchange Policy

Exchange Policy

Shemaiah follows a liberal policy to ensure your purchases are free from stress. “Shemaiah’s return policy stipulates no returns or exchanges, with the exception of damaged products. Exchange is only possible for damaged items reported within one day of receipt.” The customer has to raise a request by emailing us at shemaiahclothing@gmail.com  within 1 days of the product delivery.

Otherwise, the request will be terminated. Once you receive an acknowledgement from the team, please send the product back to us by yourself, as we do not have a reverse pick-up facility.

The charges borne by the customer will be reimbursed; the procedure of size exchange will take 10-15 business days. Please keep in mind that products purchased on sale are not returnable.

Exchange Eligibility:

  • Domestic Orders Only: Exchanges are available only for orders within India.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn. They should be returned with all original packaging and tags.

Exchange Process:

  1. Request Submission: Contact us within 24-48 hours of delivery via email at shemaiahclothing@gmail.com .
  2. Processing Fee: A processing fee of ₹200 per product will be charged. Please share the payment screenshot via email.
  3. Direct Shipping (Optional): If you prefer to send the product yourself, our team will provide you with the shipping address. After dispatch, share the AWB number, courier company name, and POD with us. Please use reputable courier services, as we are not responsible for any loss during transit.
  4. Reverse Pickup: Once payment is received, our team will arrange for reverse pickup.
  5. Quality Inspection and Dispatch: After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will dispatch the new size within 7-10 working days. Only one exchange per order is allowed. If the requested size is unavailable, a credit note will be issued for the total amount of the item(s), valid for 90 days.

Cancellation Policy

Customer Cancellations:

  • Prepaid and COD Orders: You can cancel orders within 24 hours of placement. For prepaid orders, we can issue a credit note or replace the item with another product of equal value.
  • Request Method: Email us at shemaiahclothing@gmail.com.

Shemaiah Cancellations:

  • Reasons: We may cancel orders due to unavailability of materials, incorrect listings, or suspected fraudulent activities.
  • Refunds: For prepaid orders canceled by us, the full amount will be refunded to the registered bank account. Customers will be notified via email.

Cancellation Charges:

Cancellations after placing prepaid orders will incur a 2-3% charge (payment gateway fees).

Refund Policy

  • No Returns or Refunds: We do not offer returns or refunds once products are sold and delivered. As mentioned earlier refund is only possible in case of cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order (and cancellation charges will be charged i.e -payment gateway fee)
  • Sale Items: Items marked as ‘Sale’ are non-returnable.
