01. How can I purchase Shemaiah products?

Shemaiah products can be purchased directly through our official website

02. Can I find Shemaiah in physical stores?

Yes, Shemaiah products are available at our Office cum Store located in Jaipur.
You can book an appointment with us and visit to checkout our latest collection. For more details visit – ( www.shemaiah.in ).

03. What sizes does Shemaiah offer?

Shemaiah provides a diverse range of sizes to ensure that our clothing is
inclusive and fits a variety of body types. Our size chart is available on the website
for reference.

04. How do I care for Shemaiah clothing?

“Clothes should be cared for through dry cleaning for optimal maintenance.”

05. Does Shemaiah offer international shipping?

Yes, Shemaiah offers international shipping. Shipping costs and delivery times
may vary based on your location. Please refer to our shipping policy on the website
for more details.

06. What is the return policy for Shemaiah products?

“Shemaiah’s return policy stipulates no returns or exchanges, with the exception
of damaged products. Exchange is only possible for damaged items reported within
one day of receipt.”

09. How many days do you take to deliver the Outfits?

Atleast 7-20 working days – depending on outfit. It’s advisable to place your order a couple of days in advance so we dedicate a portion of that time just for you. The sooner you come, the better it is.

10. Do you go on sale?

We do not go on sale. We only create one piece per sample, so there’s no excess inventory. It’s also a much more sustainable model.

11. Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

Yes. You can browse through the collection without creating an account and select merchandise you like. But, to be able to buy, you need to set up an account which is a fairly easy process.

Register with us and you’ll be able to enjoy the following benefits through your Shemaiah account:

– Track your orders and review past purchases

– Request your return or exchange directly from your account

– Save your address and card details so you can shop even quicker next time

– Manage your account details, address book and email preferences

– To create an account, simply click on ‘SIGN IN’ and then ‘REGISTER NOW’ to fill in your details.

12. Do you Customize as well?

We do not create completely new designs. Customization in our existing design are possible to a LIMITED extent. 

A few changes that we make are: 

  1. Colour Ways
  2. Neckline/Blouse Lengths
  3. Addition/Removal of Sleeves

As long as the crux, of our design stays the same, we are happy to incorporate a few changes based on your personal requirements.

13. Are the colours of products shown on the website accurate?

While we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products that appear on the Site, we cannot guarantee that your monitor or screen’s display of any colour will be completely accurate, as computer monitors and screens of electronic devices vary.

14. What payment methods does Shemaiah accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Maestro credit and debit cards. We also have Pre Payment by Cash and Net Banking options. Please note that we do not accept any other methods of payment apart from those listed above.

15. Is it safe to use my credit card online at Shemaiah?

At Shemaiah, your personal online security is important to us. We use the latest SSL encryption technology to store and safely transmit your personal and credit card information through our systems. All orders are processed through a secure checkout system. Additionally, for your safety and protection, we will confirm that the billing address you provide matches the address on file with your credit card company. You may also choose to securely store your credit card details with us. This means you will not have to enter them again during future purchases, making it quicker and simpler to shop at Shemaiah.

16. Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?

We are unfortunately unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched. Therefore, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times.

17. Can I add items to an existing order?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order. If you would like all your items to be delivered together, you will need to cancel your order(s) and place a new order which contains all the items you require.

18. Can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number. If you have registered, you will be able to view and track the status of your shipment by signing in and selecting MY ACCOUNT followed by ORDER STATUS.

19. Where is my order?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch, Shemaiah is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number. If you have registered, you will be able to view and track the status of your shipment by signing in and selecting MY ACCOUNT followed by ORDER STATUS. If you are not registered, sign up now so you can track future orders.

20. How do I remove saved credit card details?

There are two ways to remove previously saved credit card details:

– Edit or add a new shipping or billing address.

– During your next purchase, simply unselect the option “remember my payment details” on the payment page.

21. How much duties and taxes will I have to pay?

For Indian Customers.

Product prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and duties.

For International Customers.

Product Prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
